Ian Reynolds
Partner, Corrs Chambers Westgarth
Ian is a competition and consumer law expert who focuses on merger control, market power, joint ventures, regulatory compliance and other commercial arrangements. He specialises in obtaining Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) merger clearances, defending ACCC investigations and prosecutions, and advising a variety of clients on structuring their commercial arrangements.

Kate Gill-Herdman
Special Counsel, Corrs Chambers Westgarth
Kate is an experienced disputes and ESG practitioner. She works with corporate and public sector clients to navigate complex and sensitive issues including mitigating greenwashing risks and responding to greenwashing allegations and also advises clients on Australia’s new climate-related financial disclosure regime. She also advises on supply chain investigations and corporate responsibilities under the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.

Patrick Keane
Senior Associate, Corrs Chambers Westgarth
Patrick has experience across the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious competition and consumer law issues, including ACCC investigations and merger control. He has particular experience advising clients in the technology and telecommunications sectors, with recent mandates including contested merger litigation in the Australian Competition Tribunal and the defence of misuse of market power and Australian Consumer Law claims in the Federal Court.
